Some helpful information for questions related to order status and delivery of your order.
Devildogshirts.Com Apparel –
Our custom USA made shirts are special ordered and printed. What does this mean? Once an order is placed for a USMC shirt we custom order and bring in the USA made shirts to be printed on. Then once the USA shirts and apparel arrive we schedule it for production and printing. Please allow between 7-10 business days (weekends and holidays not included) approximately before your order is shipped. Because we serve active duty military your order can at some time be delayed in order for the active duty military unit’s order to be produced which is our first priority. We appreciate your understanding.
Once shipped we do email to your email address on file the USPS tracking number so you know your order is safely on the way. The expected time of arrival for shipping is based on your address. Ou production offces are located in Dallas, TX. Please allow enough time for the shipping of your order to arrive.

The coins we produce are based on original artwork and specialzied manufacturing techniques giving them both an original look but also a highly detailed approach to our USMC coin design and production. Please allow 1-3 days for packaging and preparation of your coin order. This allows us to review your order, verify your address, package your order and prepare tracking information all before we take your order to USPS.
Backordered Coin Status – Due to the widespread popularity of Devildogshirts.Com military coin we can and do experience back orders on our many popular coin designs. Please know that we often cannot anticipate how quickly many of our coins sell but we frequently are ordering new stock. If you have any questions about the availability of coin and your order is time sensitive please do email us for a coin status at hq@devildogshirts.com. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours to your status request.
If for any reason a military coin is out of stock please do know it is on order and to allow approximately 2-3 weeks for replenishment. Once your back ordered coin arrives in our offices we will prepare your order and have it mailed out. If your back ordered coin is a part of an order with coins in stock we will ship your order once all coins become available so we can ship your order complete.
Devildogshirts.Com military decals – Our decals are constructed of vinyl and designed for outdoor wear. Adhesive is placed on your USMC decal on the opposite side of the graphic. We die cut as close to the origanl military art as possible. Some decals may experience a thin border while others may see no border at all depending on the design. Our decals are produced and printed in-house in our offices in Dallas, Texas. We print 2 times a week and depending on when your order is placed will be added to the production schedule nearest that production date of the week. We print on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. Please allow 1-2 days from your decal print date for your order to be packaged and mailed using USPS.
Devildogshirts.Com Fluid Metal Signs – Due to the custom nature of our fluid metal signs and because each one is hand craftyed with our in house metal artisans please allow a full 2 weeks for the production of your USMC sign before it ships.
