Bronze Star with Combat “V” Poster
The Bronze Star medal was added to our military’s list of achievable awards during 1944. The award however was given to recognize valor of service members during the onset of World War II. Since then many service members have received the Bronze Star. However, many fewer have received the Bronze Star with a combat “V” device. The combat “V” is the distinguisher between an administrative award and combat heroism.
