The Sergeant Major Rank Marine Corps Challenge Coin is for all of our hard-charging Sergeant’s Major of Marines out there holding it down. Sergeant’s Major are responsible for the accountability, morale, and discipline of a Battalion sized element or above. They are the Battalion Commander’s senior enlisted advisor and serve as a bridge between the Battalion Commander and the Battalion.
